After Thanksgiving trip to Blackfoot...

We had so much fun in Blackfoot and were so glad we were able to make it.... we wish we could have stayed longer. We are looking forward to Christmas when we will be able to spend lots of time there. Brant's brother Dallin will be getting home from his mission on December 18th. We are so excited to see him again and for him to meet Taylee.
Brant and I feel so blessed to have such great families that give up nothing less than love and support. We thank our Heavenly Father everyday for the good parents we were born to that taught us the gospel and have given us great examples to follow. We are truly blessed for all the family we have been given.
Taylee and Tytan meeting for the first time.
One of Taylee's many gifts... a popper! She loves it and I ......  also like it... Sometimes

Taylee is trying to put on shoes so that I will let her go outside.... it didn't work!

Taylee wanted to feed the horse... she loves animals

Little Tytan was such a good sport with Taylee.... She only tried poking his eyes out..... everytime she touched him. He is such a happy baby! Taylee loved him!

Taylee got to Celebrate her Birthday with Grandma Truman.... What a lucky girl!
The typical face of Taylee ... She cracks me up!

So Sweet.... Taylee loves her Grandparents!

Thanksgiving in Parma

We were so lucky this Thanksgiving to be able to spend thanksgiving with both families. Brant's brother Thad and his family are moving to New York on 29th and we wanted to make sure and see them before they left since they won't be back for Christmas. Our first stop was in Parma were we ate Thanksgiving dinner and then loaded up again to head to Blackfoot. I was kind of dreading all the driving but I can honestly say it was a tons better than I thought and we all had so much fun. (Taylee even did really good) I think I may be a worse traveler than Taylee... I hate being stuck in the car and I max out at about 4 hours. Good thing that is how long it takes us to get to Parma from Washington and then another 4 hours from Parma to Blackfoot. As long as we break it up then we all survive!

Gifts from Grandma and Grandpa Rohrbacher

Our little Turkeys! When Ellie is around Taylee has to be touching her or looking at her at all times!! They already have a bond! Love them!
Love my Sister! Wish I lived next door to her!

Harold and Liz's family has grown a lot in the last year
Loves to Swing with Grandma Rohrbacher

This is how Taylee feels about getting back in the car.....or maybe she is sad about us being her parents!

Taylee turns ONE!

It seems like just yesterday that Brant and I brought home our little bundle of joy. We were so excited to have Taylee we could hardly handle ourselves. Taylee is already a year old. I can hardly believe it. She is growing up so fast right before our eyes. We have enjoyed every second of our little fire ball.
For Taylee's Birthday I wanted some cute cake smashing pictures... I have a very talented friend that lives right out my back door and she agreed to take them.... I couldn't have been more happy with how they turned out.

Our Big ONE year old! I love this sweet face!

The terrible two's have began....very early

We have had quite the day in the Truman home. Taylee has more personality, is more determined and is the most head strong little girl ever. I couldn't love her more but she does try my patience each and every day.... today I had my first parenting emotional breakdown! It began yesterday with Taylee hitting and throwing a fit with her physical therapist yesterday. I never realized how uncomfortable it can be to parent in public! Today Taylee and I went to a little class this morning and I swear everyone just stared and me and were grateful to not have a Taylee. While every other kid sat quitely and nicely Taylee was hitting me and throwing major tantums... so embarrassing! Everyone kept making comments to me about how busy, fast and  crazy my little girl is! Love that! Today I have decided its time to start doing some serious parenting with her! There is going to be many sad moments for Taylee in time out, her bed and on a chair, its not a good day when you find out that you don't run the house! :)

Even though I have been sent such a strong spirited child I wouldn't change or trade her for anything. She makes my day each and everyday. She is so sweet (when she wants to be) and I treasure every moment with her. Someday I will look back and laugh at the little girl she is (especially when she gets a child just like herself.) Taylee makes me the luckiest mom ever!

I had to snap this picture of Taylee falling asleep on the floor... its a once in a life time and it shows how naughty she has been today  that she has ever tired herself out, not to mention her mother.

A special "Thank you"

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Taylee got a package in the mail from her Grandma and Grandpa Truman! She loves everything she got, especially the singing book. Thanks and she can't wait to see you!

Our Lady Bugs on Halloween

Getting a picture of them together is almost impossible... We found these little Halloween shirts for them and were so excited.
